Sunday Goodies
Hey there!
It's Sunday, which means that it's time for an email packed with some great content, just for you.
Rebuilding the website
Last week, I told you that I'm in the process of rebuilding my website.
It's live. The new version is live.
On the website, you'll find all my articles as well as my book notes.
It's still evolving, so check back regularly to see updates.
I'm excited to share everything with you. I have a lot of great plans for upcoming content for it. Stay tuned. I'll keep you updated.
PS. If you're interested, I made it with Gridsome & Vue. If you want to know more, feel free to ask - just reply to this email.
2 Ideas
Systems over goals
If you optimize for a goal, you win once. If you optimize for processes that leads to great outcomes, you win repeatedly.
It's better to be consistent over a long period of time than to do something intensely now.
Going all out in the gym today will not lead to any results. Working out consistently over time will.
Be mindful of what you consume
You are the sum of your influences. What you consume is what you become.
Eat unhealthy food and you will become unhealthy.
Consume negative media and you will become negative.
Consume great ideas and you will have great ideas.
This can work for, or against you. So be mindful of what you consume.
The Information at our Fingertips
I literally have a list of more than 190 books that I want to read.
I also have 245 resources saved that I want to go through.
There's so much information right in front of us that it's easy to feel that we need to process it all before we can do what we set out to.
That's not the case.
I like the idea shared by James Clear; "Start Now. Optimize Later".
You don't have to have a perfect plan from the get-go.
Get started on what it is that you have to do. Then learn as you go.
When you are, for example, learning to program, you don't learn an entire programming language before you start. The best way to learn is to just get started. Write a simple program. Then build from there.
Quote - The Stories We Tell
“
Beware the stories you read or tell; subtly, at night, beneath the waters of consciousness, they are altering your world.

To your success. Regards,
