Sunday Goodies

Hey there!
It's Sunday, which means that it's time for an email packed with some great content, just for you.
Wisdom Reminder

A mail inside a mail?
Hear me out here.
I've read a lot of books. A lot of articles. I've taken a lot of notes on lots of different things. Some of the content was good; some not so much.
I want to be reminded of the good stuff. Wisdom I'd like to be reminded of every day.
That's why I've started a little project. It's really new - only a few days old.
So what does it do?
I enter the best snippets of wisdom that I've come across. From books, articles, videos, tweets... you name it.
Then it automatically sends me some of them every day via mail.
It's that easy. I get reminded of the great ideas that I've come across.
Now. It's still in the
very
early stages. I'm contemplating adding Twitter support - making it able to share the wisdom on Twitter, automatically. Or letting others in on the mailing list.
Right now, only 'quotes' are supported. I'm working on adding other types of content; concepts and ideas, specifically. I'll probably have that finished by tomorrow. It's not far from where it's at right now.
If you have any ideas, I'm all ears. Thanks!
You guys are the first to know in case I open this to the public.
PS. The name is temporary. Maybe.
“If you can’t, you must”
No book notes this week. I'm reading
right now. Stay tuned for my notes on it.
Instead, I'll be sharing my notes on an
. He's insanely knowledgeable when it comes to bodybuilding and fitness, but has been talking a lot about 'mind, soul, and body' as well.
Bring love to the world. Coming from a place of abundance. Giving selflessly.
Integrity: If you say you’re going to do something, you do it. If you say that you’re going to wake up early to train, and you don’t do it, nobody else is going to know - but you will. If you give your word on something, you do it. It doesn’t matter what you do to the outside world, but the only person who matters knows.
It’s all about perspective. I have to train… :(… Or I have to train!! :).(yeah it's hard to convey emotion like that via text don't judge)
What goes into building a great physique?
Training - building stimulus
Stress and autonomic nervous system.
Meditation
Champions don’t take days off.
The people who truly thrive in life are the ones who do the things no one else is willing to do. People don’t do this or that because of the story that they tell themselves. If you can’t, you must.
Every day, the first thing you must do is to build your mind. Creating yourself for every scenario.
Being present and finding your why is so important.
Knowing your why, diving deep. Why do I want to go and have a hard workout when I’m really tired?
When things get hard, that’s when you grow.
Live today as if you were to die tomorrow.
Experience the pain of discipline, or experience the pain of regret. Choose your pain.
Once you release the story that you’re telling yourself, you’re empowered to realize that you just don’t have the skills… yet. Or can’t… yet. You can do anything.
Walking outside for 20 minutes at least, 60 ideally. Breathing for 5 minutes. Really helps you grow. It’s about the parasympathetic state.
Aerobic fitness is the foundation of everyone’s health.
Learn to become present. Stop for a second and feel.
