Hey there!

It's Sunday, which means that it's time for an email packed with some great content, just for you.

What I've Made for You

How I Study Effectively with this Powerful Studying System

Book Notes this week

I have been experimenting with fasting for a long time. I read this book to understand it better. Very simple and approachable. It explains fasting well.

I quite liked it.

Completely agree with the message of the book. It did, however, feel a bit dragged out. Other than that; great book.

Articles this week

This talk gives some of the most effective tips on learning that I've come across. That's why I'm sharing my summary of it here.

The talk is just about an hour long. This summary condenses the main points into a short read.

What's Next?

In the past few weeks, I've been upgrading my Notion systems.

I'm incredibly excited to share them with you. But that's just one part of what's coming.

I have huge plans for what I want to share with you. And I'm excited to reveal a bit more - and as soon as I'm getting closer to being done, I will.

Here's a little sneak-peek of the parts of my Notion LifeOS that I'll be sharing:

I'm reading Tiny Habits right now. That should be added to the list in a day or two.

Lastly:

I'm a software engineering student. Needless to say, I like coding.

I have a few articles about programming on my

.

Programming videos will be coming, too. I'll make them fun. 😊

Anything you want to see? Feel free to respond. I'm always happy to talk.
