Book Notes this week

AI Superpowers: China, Silicon Valley, and the New World Order by Kai-Fu LeeEye-opening. Great read. I was a bit surprised about the last chapters. But an interesting book nonetheless. The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben HorowitzThe book starts out as a story, kind of like an autobiography, but then takes experiences from his life and gives advice based on those.

Great Ideas

"A few things you need to achieve exceptional results:

  1. Quantity: You take lots of shots.

  2. Quality: You take thoughtful shots.

  3. Consistency: You keep shooting for a long time.

  4. Feedback. You take better shots over time.

  5. Luck: You get a few favorable bounces."
